We’re delighted to have been involved in the Oldland Common project for Elim Housing, providing roofing and waterproofing works on a new build supported living accommodation building.
On this sustainable residential project, TCRC have installed a Bauder Flat Roofs single ply system to the flat roof areas, incorporating non-combustible Rockwool insulation. In addition, we’ve welded the solar PV modules onto the roof, ready for connection by the electricians, and we will shortly be completing the roof areas with an extensive green roof finish.
Everything’s looking great so far and we’re looking forward to sharing the final results in due course!
