Our latest project of the month is St Mark’s Secondary School in Bath. This 2,000m2 project was carried out by TCRC’s Special Projects Division, and involved a comprehensive surfacing, kerbing and line marking solution. Our project of the month for May is the fantastic Westlea Primary School in Swindon. When their 2,200m2 asbestos fibre-cement roof failed, the governors successfully applied to the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) for a full replacement. TCRC worked with manufacturers BMI Redland and Hookway Surveyors to provide a robust, aesthetically pleasing pitched roof solution that would enhance the appearance of the school building. Our latest feature project is Durdham Water Tower, a twelve-sided reinforced concrete structure originally constructed in 1954. The existing roof had asphalt lined gutters and had been repaired with various liquid products over the years, and TCRC were chosen to install a brand new high performance liquid waterproofing system supplied by Triflex (UK) Ltd .
