Our project of the month for August is the stunning Clifftops Lodges in Portland, Dorset. On this logistically challenging project, TCRC provided a complete waterproofing system including green roof finishes. Our feature project for July is Henbury Court Primary, an academy school based in Henbury near Bristol. On this 3,200m2 project we worked with surveyors Kendall Kingscott Ltd and manufacturers Garland UK to upgrade the school’s roofs with a new high performance warm roof waterproofing system, including new tapered thermal insulation to raise the U-Value to 0.18. Our latest project of the month is St Mark’s Secondary School in Bath. This 2,000m2 project was carried out by TCRC’s Special Projects Division, and involved a comprehensive surfacing, kerbing and line marking solution. The works initially involved preparing and overlaying the entrance area from the road to the reception using AC dense 10mm wearing course.
